Juventus vs Milan Predictions, Betting Tips and Previews
08 November 2019
Sunday 10 November
Top of the table Juventus meet a Milan side that are enduring a chaotic start to the season. Maurizio Sarri’s men remain unbeaten, and face a Milan languishing in the bottom half of the table and short on confidence.
Juve beat Milan comfortably 2-1 in this fixture last April.
The last time the Rossoneri left Turin with a victory was in March 2011, during Max Allegri’s first season in charge of Milan.
Juventus will have almost a full squad to choose from for the gane against Milan, barring any injuries against Lokomotiv Moscow in the Champions League in midweek. Douglas Costa and Aaron Ramsey are nearing to full match fitness.
Milan, with no European commitments this season, also have a full squad at their proposal.
Juventus vs Milan Preview and Predictions
Milan are in a dire run of form, having won only four games in the league this season and already changed their coach. Stefano Pioli had steadied the ship in terms of performances. The Rossoneri performed well in spouts against Lazio last weekend, but the real lack of experience in a side so young is harming the seven-time European champions. You don’t expect them to have any joy against Juve, so a fifth victory in the league will have to wait. Indeed, Milan are 7.25 for the win, with the draw 4.75.
Juve continue to march on. They’re not playing the best footbll in the league, and are not even playing Maurizio Sarri-like football, but they are grinding out results, just barely squeaking by Torino in the derby and Genoa last week. Goals are hard to come by for the Bianconeri, which is somewhat surprising given their front line. But it is difficult to see anything other than a Juve win, which comes in at 1.45.
Juventus over 2.5 goals at 2.80
Juventus are struggling to score goals, but it isn’t for the lack of creativity, it’s a lack of ruthlessness that’s stopped them from racking up big scores.
Juve to win to zero at 2.25
Milan don’t keep many clean sheets, keeping only one since mid-September, and they don’t score a lot at the other end, so don’t expect the away side to get anything from this game at all.
